Christie Rosen is a Wellness and Empowerment Coach for highly sensitive people, Yoga Instructor and the award winning author of Empowering the Sensitive Soul. Christie helps sensitive souls embrace their sensitivity so they can bring more love, compassion, empathy and healing to our world. Using a blend of self-compassion, mindfulness, yoga, nervous system balancing techniques and more, Christie leverage’s her unique gifts and sensitive nature to enable individuals to step into the power of their sensitivity and embody their gifts.
