Create a Self-Care Routine to Achieve Healing, Meaning, and Authenticity

As a Highly Sensitive Person, I know how hard it can be to make time for ourselves and our needs. We love helping and bringing joy to others, but sometimes we sacrifice ourselves in the process.

I remember when I used to put my needs at the bottom of the priority list and in those days I was miserable.  When I finally learned that prioritizing my own wellness was an act of love for my family and everyone around me, it changed my life.  I also learned that self-care for HSPs is very different than it is for the majority and it is the determining factor to whether we thrive or wilt.

That's why I was excited that fellow HSP, Kenzie Watters is hosting an interview series around self-care for Highly Sensitive People and Creatives, which was actually born out of her own research project to learn what self-care really means, how it affects Highly Sensitive People, and creatives, and how to implement self-care routines that stick.

It's called: Be Real Revolution: Create a Self-Care Routine to achieve healing, meaning, and authenticity.

I have a complimentary ticket for you to attend. You can register free here.

This is for Highly Sensitive People and Creatives who are struggling with where to begin in creating and sticking with self-care routines or who are struggling with making self-care a priority in their busy lives.

Experts and researchers in the fields of self-care, Highly Sensitive People, and creativity have come together to spark a self-care and self-love revolution. Together, we want to help you to create, integrate, and wildly benefit from your own personal self-care routine because loving ourselves is the first step to a more loving world.

In my discussion with Kenzie, I share what's important for HSPs to know about self-care.  Register to watch free.
