Gentle Yoga for the Sensitive Soul – Grounding Your Sensitive Nervous System with Christie Rosen

Grounding means feeling at home in your body: stable, relaxed, and connected to the earth. This gentle class focuses on creating enhanced grounding for your nervous system using postures close to the earth and a special grounding meditation. All levels are welcome. Please have a yoga mat and anything else that helps you feel comfortable such as a blanket, block, sweater or eye pillow. (No extra props necessary.)
