From Becky: If you would like to learn how to identify the warning signs and develop some strategies for reducing or preventing overwhelm, then this presentation is for you!

If you are an HSP, or the parent of an HSP, then you know what it's like when you or your child reach a state of overwhelm.  For your child, there may be a meltdown, a shut down, an anxiety attack, some door slamming, you know the drill.  For you, maybe a little (or a lot) of chocolate and Netflix. As an HSP myself, I get it.  The point is that we're not at our best when we feel overwhelmed.  In this talk I'm going to teach you a new model for working with the inevitable stressors life presents and how to manage them so that you or your child don't end up in overwhelm so easily/frequently.  Because that's no fun for anyone!  Come learn what your emotional sink is and how understanding the way it works can save you and your child from overwhelm!
