Created by Julie Bjelland, LMFT, a psychotherapist specializing in high sensitivity and neurodivergence.

“When I am overwhelmed it can feel too hard to make a decision about what tools to use for myself. What I love about Julie’s HSP Toolbox Course is that it takes the guesswork right out of it.”

You want support you can use in daily life

You may already know that quiet, rest, and boundaries matter to you. Finding ways to make room for them can feel harder when your energy is low or other people need your attention.

You might recognize these moments:

  • Noise, demands, or time with other people leave you feeling overloaded.
  • You say yes to another request while already needing a break.
  • Your energy runs out sooner than you expected, and recovery gets pushed aside.
  • You have learned helpful strategies but feel unsure which one to try.

The Toolbox brings practices for these everyday needs into one course. Explore what helps you, keep the tools that fit, and build your own collection of support.

Explore tools for the moments you recognize

The course covers both settling practices and daily habits for energy, boundaries, and rest. These are the areas you’ll explore.

When you notice your needs late

Use check-ins, self-awareness, and self-compassion to recognize what you need throughout the day.

When you want to feel more grounded

Explore breathing, mindfulness, meditation, gratitude, and stillness. Notice which practices feel supportive to you.

When sensory input builds

Explore sensory load and ways to make room for quiet, reduced stimulation, and recovery.

When your energy runs low

Explore tracking your energy and planning recovery around draining experiences, with attention to your available capacity.

When boundaries bring up guilt

Practice turning toward your needs while exploring guilt, shame, and the pull to put everyone else first.

When you need more restoration

Explore slow mornings, sleep support, unstructured alone time, rest, and gentler daily rhythms.
