Thank you for your interest in being a guest host on The HSP & Neurodivergent Podcast. We love featuring Highly Sensitive and Neurodivergent voices and stories and are proud that the podcast has touched the lives of so many worldwide.
How to Apply
We love recording our episodes live within the Sensitive Empowerment Community, as it allows us to foster a deep connection with our guest hosts. Sharing this experience with community members makes it all the more special. The time we spend together connecting and hosting episodes is truly wonderful and adds a unique touch to our show. If you are highly sensitive or autistic, you can learn more about our community and join here.
Approval & Setup Process
You must be an HSP or Neurodivergentyourself. Not sure? Here’s a sensitivity quiz or here’s an autism quiz.
Get your title and description approved with Julie. Please fill out this form.
After approval, email Andrea Weber (our event coordinator for the community) to discuss and schedule you.
Please give us the name and title you want added to the podcast graphic.
Be sure to check in with Andrea a week before your event and then again 24 hours before to finalize links and discuss any possible changes.
Details About Recordings
You can host your own event or have Andrea Weber or another team member interview you. Andrea also hosts our HSPs in Business Group (within the community) and has appeared on several of our episodes.
After the recording, Julie Bjelland will determine if the recording is the right fit for the podcast. Only recordings with good audio quality will be considered. We don’t edit recordings; it’s part of what we love about doing live recordings! But if you need editing for any reason, you can offer us the edited version of your recording for the podcast. FYI: Recordings added to the podcast should not contain the audience's voices. For example, if guest hosts forget to mute the audience for the recording, we ask you to edit it out and send us the edited version.
Some video recordings of events can also be added to our community library and discovered for years by community members! We love our replay library in the community

1. Please share your video with Andrea so we can add it to our guest events library in the community. We ask that it does not bring them off the site to watch.
2. Please share the chat text (if that works for you), as we usually add them under the video within the guest events library. (Please remove any private messages or emails within the chat text before sharing so we may copy and paste.)
