Here are more positives that HSPs shared in a discussion from my Sensitive Empowerment Community…
❤️“ I love this list. For me the ability to read people has helped me so much in my life. In work, relationships and friendships.”
❤️ “are drawn to, and often, commit our lives to meaningful work that serves others in many different ways”
❤️”Reading subtle expressions and feeling the energy from another person really helps me drop in and hold space for the other person. Sometimes they just need to be heard and I can listen or I am prompted to ask if they need help. It’s like having a “spidey sense” 😁”
❤️”This list makes me feel happy and seen. The biggest one resonating for me right now is being a good listener... I think HSPs really have something to give to the world, and I'm seeing that more and more clearly every day with life-giving me little clues through the people I am meeting that I'm on the right path.“
❤️”There are so many positives here and for me personally, I've had the feedback from others (and even from those who may not be in my corner) that I am very fair and reasonable in my decisions. I think the ability to be discerning, tap into intuition, and think through responding has a lot to do with this (If only I could only apply this to football tipping?!) :)”
❤️”I love how deeply we feel, process, and experience things ♥️ we get so much out of everything!”
❤️”We are always polite and friendly towards people, and we are passionate, can read people well and love to give support without the motive of getting anything back in return.”
❤️”So powerful to read all the amazing benefits of our shared superpower! A friend once said of me that I'm the port in the storm, the one everyone goes to in times of trouble because I'm always there and willing to listen with empathy. It was beautiful but I'm also learning from here - and hopefully the brain training course I start today - to protect my own light as well.”
I hope this helps you honor the gifts of your sensitivity. Please share this with other HSPs to help them know about their gifts and positives too and also share your favorite positives below in the comments! ❤️
