I'm excited this has been released. Such an important subject! Part of my mission is to create a paradigm shift where sensitivity is honored for the value it brings to the workplace and to teams.
You'll likely feel good listening to Ray talk about how valuable Oana is as an HSP. It's my hope that one day we even put on resumes that we have this trait because it's considered valuable (which it is).

“This was a great reminder to me to value what I offer in by job every day. I actually found the courage to tell my bosses about a couple months ago that I am an HSP and provide them with some information on the subject and informed them there was a lot more information out there if they wanted to learn more. I explained my need to set some boundaries and how that was a necessity for somebody like myself with this trait. I really valued when you guys were discussing how it is hard for us to speak up sometimes in the work place and explain what we need to be able to cope and then thrive because it is not what everybody else in the work place needs so I almost feel like I am asking for a lot because it is different from most. You reminded me I am only asking for what I need to be productive while still respecting myself. It was also great to think about that we always put in our best efforts and work hard and try to do as much possible. That is something to be proud of. It was also great to reinforce the need to make adjustments that allow us to fit in better because that is how our creativity is released and that is important for me to remember because creativity is invaluable for me in the things that I love to do in this world and I don't want to miss out on that. It was really nice to hear this trait seen as such a treasure waiting to be discovered and utilized more in the work places all around the world.”

“What an amazing podcast! I’m so glad that I just listened to it. It gives so much valuable information that it’s hard to bottom line it 😅 But I want to break it down to one to three take aways:
1. I loved that it was pointed into the direction of HSP’s and their values as leaders/ team leaders/ managers as well as team members in companies and how they can make a difference.
2. I also liked Ray sharing how valuable it was for him co-creating with an HSP. That he was so focused on the agenda and keeping the time...and the HSP brought the value of reading the field, the dynamics and bringing other perspectives that he wouldn’t have seen.
3. It was so beautiful to listen to Oana’s journey and her inner shift of enlightenment and empowerment.
I can imagine how valuable it would be to train people in companies about the trait or offer something like that for companies. Would love to do that😉
