To Anyone That Has Been Told You Are “Too Sensitive”
I want to wrap loving energy around you and your inner child and let you know you are NOT too sensitive. It's just that the world is too loud and chaotic. You are special and important to the world. Your sensitivity is beautiful and I want you to know that. Your sensitive heart is precious and lovable and there is nothing wrong with you. Having strong emotions and being a deep feeler does not mean you are "crazy" or "weak". I know you have heard these messages so much in your life but I'm here to tell you something different. You exist for a reason. You are preciously sensitive for a reason. We need sensitive people's hearts in the world, caring about others and our earth. Know that you have value and you are so important to the world. I hope you are protecting your precious energy and developing self-compassion to be that loving friend to yourself every day too. Sending you so much love. May you gain strength from this loving energy and all of us here living this sensitive life on our journey together. ❤️❤️❤️
Here’s what members of The Sensitive Empowerment Community shared… ❤️
Thank you, Julie. This feels like a warm and soft blanket for my sensitive heart.
What a wonderful, encouraging message Julie. I'm going to print it out and reread it when I need that reminder.
Thank you, Julie, this is such a warm, loving community to be part of and it helps me to appreciate my sensitivity more and more every day when you share such lovely words to us all 🙏
It’s so nice to hear those words, Julie, so thank you ❤️ HSPs are beautiful & it’s so nice to finally be amongst them.
Thank you, Julie:) Your love and message are embraced and returned 100x. The future looks bright:) The view is beautiful.
Thank you Julie for the beautiful, reassuring thoughts. It is very important to remind ourselves of this every day to keep healthy self-confidence.
Thank you, Julie <3
The best thing for me to read as a wake this morning - thank you, Julie.
Thank you, this was such a supportive message to read this morning!
Thank you Julie💕 I am letting go of an old security layer that I no longer need and appreciate hearing your loving message.
The world constantly told this message until now. What a loving message to hear.
This is where I get my support. Noone else understands how deeply I feel. It is hard to keep up the good fight all the time. I now know it's ok and I am ok and that's a start. Thank you for your loving words!
I am new to this community and only figured out I was an HSP in the last 9 months maybe. I can still feel the wound of growing up and constantly being told "you're too sensitive" from all areas of my life, always wondering "what's wrong with me?" It shuts you down, it heightens your anxiety and it makes it hard to ever feel truly safe with someone. Learning about being an HSP empath and finding a community that understands has allowed me to start providing grace for myself where I never would before. Thank you.
It is a blessing to receive these messages.
I think many of us need to hear and meditate on this very regularly. It is extremely healing to provide a room within for absorbing this message even when we are out interacting in the chaotic world. I find that it is especially important when I interact with people and communities who do not know about HSPs and have a very different way to function. It is like having a little fire warming my insides.
May you feel the warmth and loving energy from me and from all the beautiful HSPs in my Sensitive Empowerment Community. You are not alone and you are so needed in the world.
