Inner Child Healing - A Powerful Tool for Growing Self-Love with Julie Aird
Guest Post
Do you desire more peace and fulfillment in your life? Have you been on a quest to experience wholeness?
Like many HSPs, I have been on a journey in search of these things for most of my life.
I’ve found that experiencing fulfillment within comes from a genuine sense of self-love and a deep knowledge of our worth and value.
In my 30+ years of personal and spiritual work, Inner Child work has been one of the most transformational tools I’ve used for growing self-love. I’ve seen it for myself and for my clients.
I’m excited to share my favorite inner child practice with the Sensitive Empowerment Community in an upcoming live workshop.
Practicing this powerful tool will assist you to:
Feel genuine love for yourself, and know your worth and value
Feel safe in situations that make you feel anxious
Set boundaries with others, and be okay with them having their feelings, including family members
Accept your “HSPness,” feeling free to be yourself instead of molding into others’ expectations of you
Be free of the need to do things perfectly
Be free of the need to be productive or successful in order to feel important
This workshop teaches you to reparent yourself and give yourself what your inner child needs in order to feel accepted, loved, safe and free. You are able to lay down the stories that keep you stuck in the past, and you are no longer driven by fear. Then you are empowered to live from the adult, wise, centered space within yourself, the place that is clear, calm, and confident.
When you practice this inner child tool, you will feel more grounded, peaceful, and fulfilled within. Challenges that used to overwhelm you will become an opportunity for healing and empowerment. Feelings of fear, anger, abandonment, and rejection will be transformed into feelings of safety, belongingness, acceptance, and unconditional love.
And when you grow in self-love, you are empowered to create a beautiful life that works for you as an HSP.
Please join me live on Zoom on Saturday, June 17, 2023, from 10:00 am - 10:45 am PDT to learn this healing tool and be prepared to experience beautiful shifts and transformation.
