What HSPs are Saying About Our Virtual Meet and Greets
Every month we meet virtually with other kind-hearted HSPs and it’s wonderful to connect and make HSP friends all over the world! We warmly welcome you to join us!
Here are some of what has been shared about them...
I found it life-giving, validating, and fun. I am very thankful for the meet and greets. If you are a little interested, give one a try
refreshing to hang out and converse with others who have a deep level of empathy.
This truly is an incredible space that Julie’s created here and that all of our fellow HSPs here are shaping and contributing to...I just love the opportunities we have to connect with each other and feel the kindness and compassion we put out into the world. I really appreciate the sense of belonging that's created through our interactions and the opportunities for personal growth we experience as we share our sensitive journeys with each other. 🥰❤️
The nervousness faded after the first few minutes and it was a deeper connection seeing and hearing community members. The discussions were interesting and nourishing. Connecting with a fellow HSP is so unique and as there’s an innate understanding. I felt validated, supported, and inspired. I’m excited for the next Meet and Greets!🌟😺
So fun to put a personality and face to members of the community. I especially enjoy connecting with others from different countries, really is interesting. There is something so wonderful about feeling validated and heard by those who "get us".
I feel connected and 'normalized' hearing other HSPs share. It is sweet to see everyone fully engaged and not interrupting or over-talking each other. The compassion and support is apparent with everyone I've been blessed to connect with. I noticed the entire panel nodding slightly listening to each other like a beautifully choreographed subtle dance.
I would like to see the meet and greets continued. It was very helpful to talk to other HSPs because we understand each other.
Today proved again how incredible this group and HSPs truly are and the capacity we have to change the world as we grow closer to knowing ourselves. Julie Bjelland 's extraordinary courses, leadership and devotion to this work and to us keeps our inner flames burning. With love to all of you!
The meet and greet was fabulous!!! ... ticked every box above and many more. The depth and honesty shared by those who I had the great pleasure of being paired with gave me chills. I felt at home. It felt real, it felt authentic, it felt like I was honouring my true self - my inner self that sometimes gets shamed out in the world. I was reminded about how spectacular I am. I was able to take a deep breath and just be. I didn’t feel the need to apologise. I felt empowered and strong. I felt seen and heard. I felt able to shine a light on all the wonders of being a HSP who tests up at the highest levels and I felt able to share with vulnerability without any fears or concerns.
DO IT - sign up and then SHOW UP. I will do everything in my power to be able to attend every one that is scheduled from now on.
It makes my heart so happy to bring HSPs together.
