With the worldwide panic of the coronavirus pandemic, we as sensitive people are feeling the absorption of that panic and fear even more than most. Which makes it essential to make our wellness a priority right now.
Social distancing can lead to social isolation so I'm especially happy to offer a supportive, loving, safe online community where we can be together in my Sensitive Empowerment community. Let us continue to connect and be in a safe, supportive space to have as your home whenever you need it.

meditate and practice relaxation techniques daily and even several times a day as needed to keep your system more grounded and centered. We are not helping anyone if we are falling apart.
