Show Notes
Sharing a personal update and a new resource I created for you to help you advocate for your needs medically. Plus, I talk about the Standford Neurodiversity Summit, the similarities, and differences between Autism and HSPs, and how our challenges with Sensory Overload are similar for those of us high on the sensitivity scale. Sensory Overload tends to be one of our biggest challenges and often the culprit of emotional reactivity, anxiety, irritability, sleep issues, exhaustion, and even loss of productivity, creativity, and focus. I share some of the HSP events we have coming up and how to watch the replays of past events in our HSP library!
I love that the community hosts HSP events every week and benefits from many different HSP experiences and gifts. Here are some of the topics we cover in our live events, and most are recorded and can be watched anytime from our HSP library! Here are some of the topics we cover.

The Community Hosts Monthy Live Socials with Other HSPs
Every month we host several opportunities to join in fun, uplifting time together, sharing meaningful and supportive conversations. We keep things gentle on our senses and introvert-friendly to help decrease social anxiety. We'll have icebreaker questions to help facilitate conversation and small groupings to provide an intimate setting to connect meaningfully with a few other HSPs from the community.
This community hosts some incredible groups too!
The Design Your Life Group offers a unique experience that inspires us to become conscious of creating a life that feels good to us and helps brighten our light. They recognize that, as HSPs, we don't always fit into traditional boxes, and instead, designing a life that works for us might look different than what we've been taught. It is a fun, inspiring, creative, and beautiful space to spend time in. I love everything they are doing there!
The Spiral Up Group Helps HSPs Overcome Depression and find Healing, Belonging, & Thriving. It’s a supportive space and covers many important elements of holistic healing that work well for HSPs. It is a kind-hearted group, and members have shared how special and sacred this space feels.
The HSPs in the Heart-Centered Business Group provide incredible support, opportunities, and business events to members. I've seen members overcome fears, develop confidence, and get inspired to grow their businesses that help others! I love seeing HSPs take advantage of the many opportunities offered by getting their businesses listed on the directories so HSPs who need them can find them, publishing articles on The HSP Blog, hosting events, and sharing ideas that are collaborative and inspiring. So many of us wish we had this when we started our businesses!
Julie’s Course Discussion Group offers a place to ask questions, get course study buddies, and enrich your experiences by sharing your course journey with other HSPs taking the same course.
Many fantastic HSPs support our community in such beautiful ways, and I am so grateful we get to be in their light and hope to spend time with you there. ❤️
