Gentle Yoga Class for HSPs with Christie Rosen
What a beautiful, gentle, nurturing practice we enjoyed live in my Sensitive Empowerment Community! We started off with some meditation, moved into a gentle yoga sequence together, followed by a beautiful song by Christie!
Yoga, when practiced with self-care and mindfulness, is a wonderful way to balance the nervous system and rejuvenate the highly sensitive person.
Enjoy! Love to hear your comments.
Christie generously offered us her free book you can find here: www.christierosen.com/freebook
Christie Rosen (HSP, Empath, INFJ) is a Wellness and Empowerment Coach for Highly Sensitive People, a Yoga Instructor and the Author of Empowering the Sensitive Soul - Simple Wisdom to Improve Your Health, Cultivate Self-Acceptance and Let go of What is Holding You Back, available on Amazon. Christie knows the struggles of the highly sensitive person deeply. Her nervous system did not learn how to properly regulate as an infant and through much of her life she was missing that deep knowing that she was safe in the world. The wisdom she has gained through her struggles has been invaluable and she is devoted to her purpose of helping kind, empathetic, compassionate people find strength in their sensitivity, balance their nervous systems and find a deeper connection to themselves so that they can stand in their power more fully and share their much-needed gifts with the world. She strongly believes that humans have the capacity to become more conscious, compassionate and community oriented and that sensitive souls have a great role in helping the world get to this new paradigm. www.ChristieRosen.Com
