Resilience is the ability to adapt to life’s difficulties and is something that can be cultivated. To grow our resilience as HSPs, we must use our compassionate superpowers to actively embrace and care for our sensitivity.
Practicing growing your sensitive resilience with this 45-minute gentle yoga class. We begin with a RAIN meditation to be with difficult emotions, talk about ways to grow your resilience, and move through a series of gentle postures. A yoga mat and a comfortable place to sit will be beneficial for this practice.
