Gentle Yoga for the Sensitive Soul: Release Tension with Stretching and Self-Massage
Ease tension and stress with this gentle yoga classes designed especially for HSPs. We will focus on stretching and massaging the areas of the body that tend to hold most tension – the head, neck, shoulders, back, hips & feet.
No props necessary, but you may benefit from:
A tennis ball
Lotion or massage oil
Any other props that you might find helpful such as a blanket, eye pillow, or block.
