Gentle Yoga for the Sensitive Soul - Support for Exhaustion with Christie Rosen
Care for fatigue and exhaustion with this soothing practice for the mind & body. This class will focus on creating comfort and rest using gentle posture close to the ground, as well as props to aid in relaxation. All poses will be done either seated or lying down. (You can even do most of them in bed if you like!)
To help support you through the practice, please have access to:
A full-sized towel or yoga blanket
An open wall space, chair or couch
A pillow
Optional: anything else that would help you feel most comfortable such as an additional blanket, a weighted blanket, an additional pillow, yoga blocks, a yoga bolster, an eye pillow, warm layers, etc.
