Get Inspired to Live Your Ideal Life as an HSP
Guest post by Kristin Cole and Daniela Renn
We’re thrilled to welcome you to our new group, Design Your Life, which we lovingly created to inspire you to live a life that lights you up! As HSPs/Empaths/High Sensation Seekers, we understand that our needs, values, and desires look different from the world’s and thus, our life may require its own set of templates in order to feel meaningful. Together with you, we are on our own journey of how to embrace and celebrate these uniquely beautiful ways.
You’ll find this fun, creative space nestled within the Sensitive Empowerment Community, our trusted home of fellow sensitive souls. In our “Life Design Hub”, we encourage you to lead with curiosity, to trust your inner compass, and experiment with small, conscious steps to move towards your vision of a fulfilling life - all while connecting with and learning from other HSPs on their paths.
Julie Bjelland has described the group as feeling like “magic mixed with creativity mixed with inspiration and beauty, all in one. It’s so important for highly sensitive people who do things a little differently to have this kind of beautiful mentoring and guidance and connection and inspiration.” What a gift to be able to share this experience with all of you and to feel less alone in our quest for meaning in the modern world.
To hear our story, tune into the very first episode of our new podcast, The HSPeapod, where we invite you into our “pod” along with our two furry, sensitive peas! We’ll share candid conversations with each other and with members of Design Your Life, while also diving deep into specific group topics like simplicity, cycles, self-assessment tests, and alternative ways. Listen in here! This will be a bi-weekly podcast delivered to you every other Thursday.
