Dog training book: Imagine Life with a Well-Behaved Dog, By Julie Bjelland (positive dog training is great for the sensitive!) I used to train Guide Dogs for the Blind before I became a psychotherapist and founded Sensitive Empowerment so this book was birthed out of that and I am a huge dog lover.

For exercise
I love this flat treadmill for walking while I’m working so I don’t sit so much. I put mine next to my standing desk.
Work station (what I use)
New Apple MacBook Pro I love my MacBook, this is a newer version.
Active wobble chair (this was recommended by a posture, movement specialist if you sit a lot).
Standing desk converter This raises your desk for standing! I put my flat treadmill next to it and walk while I work!
Professional Webcam This is the one I have and have used a long time.
Lavalier microphone for recording. This is similar to the one I use for my podcast. Or get a top of the line Yeti Mic
Wireless headphones. I love these and find them comfortable sensory wise.
