Sensitive Empowerment: A New Community for HSPs
I’m inviting you to a brand new Sensitive Empowerment community! I’ve been listening to what you need and many of you have asked to have a private HSP community off of social media to learn how to reduce your challenges, increase access to your positives and truly thrive as a sensitive person in today’s chaotic, modern world that isn’t set up for the sensitive system. In our new home, you can attend free live trainings and Q/A, connect with other HSPs, access special guest speakers, and more, all with no ads and no promo!
I’m excited to give you this special invitation to our Sensitive Empowerment Community that just launched! Come join us in discussions and information on some of the following topics in our new community:

All of our invited guests will be giving information that supports you as a highly sensitive person. We'll have a Naturopathic Doctor teaching us about our nervous system and how to support it, an Herbalist teaching us about herbs, seasonal wellness, and natural alternatives to support our health, a Rolfing specialist that will help us care for our sensitive body, regulate our nervous system to help decrease physical pain and emotional stress, an HSP Entrepreneur to talk about HSPs in business and how we make great leaders, and more! We have so many wonderful events getting lined up for you! If you would like to recommend a guest or be a guest yourself you can contact us. Yay to Sensitive Empowerment!
Once you visit the landing page you will get to watch a video and read about all the amazing topics we will be engaging in. I want to continue to help highly sensitive people to reduce their challenges and access all the amazing gifts. I know, without a doubt, an HSP with the right information and tools will transform, access their gifts and make the world a better place because you are good for the world. It is my mission to get you living in your highest potential. Everyone around you benefits when you are at your most balanced, restored, authentic self. I love teaching you how to get there.
Sensitive people are kind, compassionate, empathetic, supportive and genuine people. Being in a group of them makes you see those qualities better in yourself too and feels like home.
As an HSP I want the space to be positive and meaningful so I’m excited about this new platform that will feel like moving into a new home that you love.
New content will be posted regularly and there is an app that can be downloaded later if you like so it’s super easy to pop on from your device or log in from your desktop. It’s away from the chaos of social media, without distracting ads, too.
I hope you will engage, comment, reflect, and grow and also make new HSP friends and connections. Something really special happens when you are surrounded by other HSPs. If you invite new members you also get special rewards.
You can check it out for free for a limited time while we are inviting HSPs to our new community so I hope you will click the link now and claim the 2 months free to explore before the free trial expires: https://sensitive-empowerment.com
I hope you’ll come join me in this beautiful HSP community.
All the best,

About Julie Bjelland, LMFT
Julie is a psychotherapist, author, and leader in the field of high sensitivity, and has helped thousands of highly sensitive people (HSP) around the world. As an HSP herself, Julie understands what it's like to live with high sensitivity and strong emotions, and is on a mission to empower HSPs to live their best lives.
Julie has developed proprietary tools and techniques to help reduce the challenges and increase the positives that HSPs experience on a daily basis. These techniques have been developed over years of working with highly sensitive people and have proven extremely successful for her clients and students.
In her free time, Julie loves being in nature, around animals, gardening, learning, and daydreaming about having a little farm one day. She shares her home with her partner, two children, and a houseful of pets and plants.www.juliebjelland.com
Guilt and shame are often extra challenging for the highly sensitive. Read what other HSPs have shared about it and get some support to help release these big energy zappers.
