Yoga for the Sensitive Soul: Slow Flow to Release Anxiety with Christie Rosen
As HSPs, we process our thoughts, feelings, and experiences in the world more deeply than most. While this can provide many benefits, it also can make us more prone to anxiety. To thrive as HSPs, it's valuable to have tools and practices to go to when we are feeling anxious.
Join Christie in a Slow Flow Yoga practice to nurture yourself, release anxiety, and feel more at ease in your body and mind. We will begin with an orienting meditation, practice a vagus nerve exercise, and move through a series of yoga postures designed to help reset your nervous system and release anxiety. We end with a bilateral stimulation exercise and relaxation practice. All Levels are welcome. Please have access to any props that may help you feel comfortable, such as a blanket or a pillow.
