Episode 173: How Positive Psychology and Shadow Work Helps HSPs to Flourish with Gemma Sandwell
Listen Here
In this workshop, you'll learn about how the science of Positive Psychology and the method of Shadow Work can help you thrive as an HSP. In a world full of overwhelm and stimulation having Positive Psychology as a tool is a must for HSPs to thrive. It increases brain regions responsible for creativity and productivity and shuts down those responsible for stress and anxiety. Shadow work looks at the other end of the spectrum, the negative emotions and triggers we may feel. By using Shadow work, we can understand our subconscious mind and the reasons for our responses, and why we may be manifesting what we don't want into our reality. It is the blend of these tools which helps us to balance our energy as HSPs and be our absolute best selves. You will need a notebook and pen as you'll be invited to take part in some journaling if you wish to deepen this process.
