If you are struggling with anxiety or high stress during this Covid 19 pandemic I recommend not watching the news. You can stay informed by scanning informative news or asking someone close to you for updates. The brain has a negativity bias so we have to be intentional about balancing positive news. It takes 5-8 positives to neutralize one negative. Learn more about my tips to stay balanced in this episode.
